Wann kommt meine Bestellung an?
Wir versenden deine Bestellung mit DHL. Die Lieferung dauert in der Regel 2-5 Werktage.Bei Vorbestellungen kann es etwas länger dauern. Die genaue Lieferzeit findest du immer beim jeweiligen Produkt.
When will my order arrive?
We ship your order via DHL. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.
Pre-orders may take a little longer. You can always find the exact delivery time listed with each product.

Returns
Kann ich einen Artikel zurückgeben?
Ja, du kannst deine Bestellung innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt zurückgeben. Wichtig ist, dass deine Rücksendung innerhalb dieser Frist bei uns im Lager ankommt. Bitte beachte, dass Sale-Artikel und Geschenkkarten vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen sind. Auch Pre-Order Artikel können leider nicht retourniert werden. Sollte dein Artikel jedoch einen Mangel haben, kümmern wir uns natürlich darum.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. It’s important that your return arrives at our warehouse within this timeframe. Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be exchanged. Unfortunately, pre-order items cannot be returned either. However, if your item is defective, we will of course take care of it.
DELIVERY
Delivery takes 2–4 business days after we receive your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We ship throughout Europe.
Return
You can easily register your return through our returns portal. After submitting your request, you’ll be able to create a return label directly within the portal. Please note that the cost of the return label must be paid by the customer. Once we have received and checked your returned items, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
